Refund policy

You cannot return once received and signed delivered in new/sealed condition as purchased. Any wrong or damaged item must be reported on receipt and refuse delivery/collection. Please, check the item properly before signing and receiving the order as any damages reported after delivery is not the responsibility Ricoh Arena's.

RICOH Manufacturer’s Warranty

All Ricoh products purchased through ricoharena.ng come with a 1 year manufacturers' warranty.

However, note the following:

1.1: This Manufacturer’s Warranty only covers products malfunctions due to flaw in its design andmanufacturing processes.

1.2: This Manufacturer’s Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damages, power surges, misuse or neglect, unauthorized repairs or modifications, cosmetic damages, and consequential damages.
